Account menu (#25): the profile/account dropdown that fills the shell's
{% block topbar_account_menu %}. Built on native <details>/<summary> so it opens
and closes with NO JavaScript (BR-BW-HTMX-001 no-JS floor), the same pattern the
shell uses for its sidebar/drawer toggles. Structure only: the consumer supplies
the trigger label and the item list; brickwork supplies the accessible,
on-brand disclosure.

Deliberately NO ARIA menu semantics: role="menu"/"menuitem" mandate arrow-key
handling this no-JS component cannot provide. The panel is a labelled <nav>
landmark of ordinary links, the correct pattern for a disclosure of navigation.

Required context:
  items: a list of dicts: {label, url, icon(optional), danger(optional bool),
         method(optional, "get" default or "post")}. Each becomes an item in
         the panel; ``danger=True`` styles a destructive item (e.g. Sign out).
         ``method="post"`` (brickwork#73) renders a CSRF-safe POST
         <form>/<button> instead of an <a>, styled IDENTICALLY to the link
         items (the button carries the same bw-account-menu__item and
         bw-account-menu__item--danger classes, and the same icon+label
         markup), since Django's LogoutView has been POST-only since 5.0 and
         a GET <a href> against it 405s. Absent, or explicitly "get", renders
         the original <a> unchanged, so this is a purely additive change:
         no existing item dict needs updating to keep working.
Optional:
  trigger_label (str, default "Account"): the accessible name of the toggle and
         of the panel's nav landmark.
  trigger_icon (str, a registry name, default "user").
  align ("end" default | "start"): which edge the menu aligns to.
  menu_open (bool, default False): render the disclosure initially open (also
         used by the a11y fixtures so axe sees the open panel). Named
         menu_open, not open, so an inherited page-context variable named
         open can never toggle the disclosure by accident.
