          Create a new BGP neighbor under <strong>{{ object }}</strong>. This builds the
          netbox-routing objects scoped to this device and marks the peer <strong>accepted</strong>.
          A newly created router is also accepted and owns its router ID and complete scope / AF membership.
          Accept an existing unowned router before adding a peer. This operation adds the selected
          scope and AF membership to an owned router in the same plan. The next
          <strong>Apply</strong> writes the change to the device. Give the local ASN (the device's own AS), the neighbor
          address and its remote AS; the rest is optional.
