A narrow browser-wallet adapter for manually submitting one reviewed USDC transfer. Disabled by default, non-custodial, and isolated from the local-only payment playground.

The exact query gate ?enableArcTestnetSend=reviewed-testnet-only must be present, and this page must be open as a top-level tab rather than inside an embedded frame. Neither condition connects a wallet or authorizes a transaction.
