pyvisa-py (MIT License)
-----------------------

The Rust sources are a module-by-module port of pyvisa-py
  (https://github.com/pyvisa/pyvisa-py), copyright (c) 2014 PyVISA-py
Authors and contributors, and the pyvisa-py source tree is vendored
under pyvisa-py/. The pyvisa-py copyright and permission notice is

libusb (LGPL-2.1-or-later)
--------------------------

USB support uses libusb (https://libusb.info), licensed under the GNU
Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 or later, through the rusb
and libusb1-sys crates. libusb is used unmodified. How it is linked
  depends on the build:

    - The pyvisa-rs wheels link libusb dynamically and do not bundle
it. At runtime libusb is provided by the separately distributed
      libusb-package Python package (https://pypi.org/project/libusb-package/),
a dependency of pyvisa-rs, or by a system libusb.
    - The rsvisa-rs crate links a system libusb when the build finds
one. Otherwise libusb1-sys builds libusb from source and links it
statically into the program being built.
    - rsvisa-ivi enables rusb/vendored, which builds libusb from source
      and links it statically.

libusb source code is available at https://github.com/libusb/libusb.
