  Coffee House App Switcher — Dropdown listing user's accessible apps.
  Reads from user.apps (JWT payload).

  Expected context:
    - user: dict with .apps dict (keys are app names, values have role info)

  Every entry is shown only to a user whose JWT carries that app. The help
  center used to be listed for everyone; it was retired on 2026-10-01, which
  left a user of only Stoply, Cupping or CHGEN with an empty menu, because
  those three had never been added here. They are listed now, with the same
  wording as the Auth landing page.
