Wheel to zoom, drag the background to pan, Shift-drag a box to select clusters, and Ctrl-click a node to toggle it individually. Hold Ctrl while Shift-dragging a box to select individual nodes within it. Hold Alt while Shift-dragging to deselect instead (combine with Ctrl to deselect individual nodes). Click a cluster bubble to toggle every node inside it. Press 0-9 to recall a selection preset, Shift+0-9 to store the current selection into one, and hover a preset button to outline its nodes in gray. Shift-click a preset button to add it to the current selection, or Alt+Shift-click to subtract it.

Wheel or double-click to zoom (Shift-double-click zooms out), and drag to pan. Click a point to toggle it. Shift-drag a box to select points, holding Alt to deselect instead. Press 0-9 to recall a selection preset, Shift+0-9 to store the current selection into one, and hover a preset button to outline its points in gray.

Click a leaf to toggle it, click a branch or an internal node to toggle its whole clade, and double-click an internal node to collapse or expand it. Shift-drag a box to select leaves, holding Alt to deselect instead. Over the alignment, Shift-wheel scrolls along it and Ctrl-wheel widens or narrows its columns. Press 0-9 to recall a selection preset, Shift+0-9 to store the current selection into one, and hover a preset button to outline its leaves in gray.
