<p class="help">Several teams can share this database: the same skills, roles and targets. A person's team is recorded
  per round, like their role, and chosen when their assessment starts (or changed later on the round page). With two
  or more teams, the front page, people, team overview, heatmap, compare and certifications can be filtered by team.
  A retired team keeps its history and can still be filtered on, but new assessments can't use it.</p>
<p class="help">Choose the categories each team uses: its rating forms and its team views then only show those
  skills, so its figures aren't drowned by skills it never uses. A team with none chosen uses all of them.
  The "Everyone" views always count every skill.</p>
