prepare op• Data kinds: depth → depth
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.robust_gaussian_surface(z, dx, lambda_c, c=4.4, order=1, robust=True, truncate=1.0, dy=None, max_iter=None, tol=1e-06) (to call the implementation directly, import roughness; roughness.robust_gaussian_surface(z, dx, lambda_c, c=4.4, order=1, robust=True, truncate=1.0, dy=None, max_iter=None, tol=1e-06); from the registry, opsroughness.get("robust_gaussian_surface"))
• Return value through the ledger: fullseye.ledger.robust_gaussian_surface(...) returns only the declared out type depth (the underlying function also returns auxiliary values). When you need what was dropped, use fullseye.ledger.robust_gaussian_surface.raw(...) or call roughness.robust_gaussian_surface directly.
• Underlying return: (roughness, mean_surface, info)
Robust Gaussian regression filter (surface): waviness and roughness of a surface that scratches and spikes cannot drag.
