KTP is an open framework for environment-sensitive, physics-based
authorization of autonomous agents.

Distinctive constructs presented as part of the KTP architecture include:

- The Zeroth Law: A <= E
- Authorization is Motion
- Identity is Trajectory
- the Risk Factors (six weighted inputs and the Soul veto)
- the Silent Veto
- Blue Zones
- the Trust Score: E_trust = E_base x (1 - R)

This notice identifies the provenance of the KTP specification and its
architectural terminology. It does not claim exclusive ownership of general
ideas, standard engineering concepts, or independently developed methods.
