BIO / article foot: compact person strip.

WHEN TO USE THIS. The foot of an article or a short about band where a face
and a paragraph are enough, and a full portrait band would overpower the
page. Link onward to a profile when one exists.

This one is the shipped _bio.html include (icvoss/django-brickwork#116).
Pass image as pre-rendered safe HTML from the view.

Required context: optional bio_image (bound as image) and the other slots
_bio.html documents.
