Meeting Minutes – 06 January

A detailed briefing was conducted on the proposed regional-level CTF event, including its theme and IOIT ACM’s prior experience in organizing CTFs.
Discussions were held on tentative timelines around march, roles and responsibilities, logistics planning, and the monetary structure for the event.
Strategies were discussed to approach other ACM chapters to enhance scalability, ABF funding support, and logistics coordination.
PICT ACM informed that they will be unable to provide logistics support due to their upcoming college flagship event.
PICT ACM will reach out to BVP ACM for CTF collaboration and update IOIT ACM by Thursday.
IOIT ACM will contact AIT ACM for CTF collaboration.
It was mutually agreed that a follow-up discussion will be conducted on Thursday to review updates and decide further action items.

The Bit By Series was discussed, with events planned to be conducted by the end of the current month.
Bit By Design will be launched as an online competition.
Roles and responsibilities were assigned:
- Krushi Soni & Tanisha Londhe – Permissions
- Sarvesh Kolte – Platform and rubrics
- Atharva P – Communication via Discord + Tech Support
- Shreeja Mahale – Social media templates and PR
All three Bit By events will be hosted via Unstop.
Prize pools were finalized at ₹1500 for Bit By Bit and Bit By Query, and ₹2000 for Bit By Design, with an entry fee of ₹49 per Non ACM participant.
The chapter will reach out to design colleges and digital agencies for potential partnerships for event support, including monetory, event endorsements, and internship opportunities.
Sanjay Bhandari NGO Project MVPs to be built by thursday for my review, on saturday we'll forward to the respective teams.
