Meeting Minutes – 24 November

1. Warm welcome to all team members.

3. Addressed post-event tiredness and acknowledged the workload everyone carried.
4. Reminder that even after a flagship event, the vision and mission of ACM remain our priority.
5. Emphasis on leadership: the team will drive initiatives ahead and guide upcoming members.
6. Announcement of the Youth Parliament planned for the first quarter of 2026.
7. The Youth Parliament will be executed under the ACM committee. No new recruitments; the current team will lead all responsibilities.
8. A brief overview was shared about the objectives and structure of the Youth Parliament.
9. Distribution of T-shirts and ID cards to all present members.
10. Planning for Wednesday’s shoot was discussed. Domain heads were requested to collect the timetables of each department and year so the schedule can be planned accordingly.
11. Post-flagship activities were discussed, highlighting the need for ACM events to continue consistently without long breaks.
12. Upcoming internal competitions including Bit-by-Bit and Bit-by-Query will be conducted regularly to maintain engagement.
13. Members handling social media activities were reminded that all LinkedIn posts should include mentions of our Principal and Thalor Ma’am in a short acknowledgment paragraph following the main content.
14. Members having NGO contacts or activity ideas should connect with Jeevika or Tanisha.
15. Focus will shift towards regional events and collaborating with other ACM chapters.
