GpFlash contains no third-party code. It is header-only and is compiled and linked against the libraries below,
which the user installs separately. Each is distributed under its own license, which governs that library.

Python wheels:

The binary wheels published on PyPI are an exception: each contains compiled copies of the libraries above, plus
pybind11 (BSD-3-Clause, https://github.com/pybind/pybind11), linked into the module or bundled beside it. Their NLopt
is built without the Luksan routines, so it is MIT-licensed. python/LICENSES_bundled.txt, also in every wheel, lists
what each platform's wheel contains and reproduces each library's license.
