Renewal and the automatic-extension clause

Unless a party gives notice of non-renewal at least sixty days before the end of the current term, the agreement renews for a further term of twelve months on the same conditions.

The automatic-extension clause does not apply where the agreement has been terminated for breach, or where either party has entered insolvency proceedings before the renewal date.

A notice of non-renewal may be withdrawn only with the written consent of the other party; a unilateral withdrawal has no effect.
