Fees, invoices and late payment

Invoices are payable within thirty days of the invoice date. An invoice that is disputed in good faith within fourteen days is not late while the dispute is open; the undisputed part remains payable on the original date.

Late payment bears interest at four percent above the reference rate, accruing daily from the due date until payment in full. Interest is not compounded.

The supplier may suspend performance where an undisputed invoice remains unpaid sixty days after its due date, on seven days written warning.
