Recording Learning

Learnings may seed Rule Candidates; they never auto-activate Rules.

Context assembly

retornatus run <action-id> selects relevant Rules and Learnings (applicability / tokens) — sufficient context, not the entire history.

Independent Assurance contexts omit author-linked Learning conclusions (run --assurance).

Wake Up
