1. Install: choco install ngrok or download from ngrok.com/download
2. Start Ollama: ollama serve
3. Run tunnel: ngrok http 11434 --host-header="localhost:11434"
4. Copy the https://xxxx.ngrok-free.app URL
5. Paste it into the Endpoint URL field in the sidebar

1. Start Ollama: ollama serve
2. Run: cloudflared tunnel --url http://localhost:11434
3. Copy the https://xxx.trycloudflare.com URL
4. Paste it into the Endpoint URL field in the sidebar

Download from ollama.com/download and install for your OS.

1. Open Terminal (macOS / Linux) or Command Prompt / PowerShell (Windows)
2. Run: ollama serve
3. Leave that window open — Ollama keeps running in the background

1. In a new terminal window, run: ollama pull gemma3:1b
2. Or any other model: ollama pull llama3.2:1b
