Facilities staff can refresh the kiosk directory listing from the terminal's maintenance panel without restarting the whole lobby display. The directory listing is synchronized nightly from the badge access system so newly onboarded employees appear the next morning at every terminal in the lobby network.
Visitors without a badge can still request a callback by selecting an employee entry on the terminal screen; the kiosk directory forwards the callback request to the receptionist station for that floor.
