Usage

A Cartesian-to-polar coordinate transform (`cv2.warpPolar). Using the image center as the pole and min(H,W)/2 as the maximum radius, it converts ring-shaped content into a wide, unrolled representation. Unmapped pixels are filled with 0 (dst is zero-cleared beforehand, and the return value from cv2 is read -- an implementation note detailed in the code comments explains that reading the dst buffer itself can sometimes come back empty). Corresponds to HALCON's polar_trans_image` (Transform an image to polar coordinates).
