Usage

Extract the end points of a skeleton (the points with exactly one skeleton pixel in their 8-neighbourhood).

HALCON の junctions_skeleton は EndPoints と JuncPoints の両方を返すが、

fullseye の junctions_skeleton は分岐点のみなので、端点側をこの op が担う。

入力が骨格でない場合は em_skeleton で細線化してから端点を取る。

孤立 1 画素(近傍 0)も端点に数える。つまみ a, b は未使用。
