XLD 輪郭 dict(`{"shape", "cs":[Nx2,...]}`)から i 番目の輪郭を取り出す。

返るのは XLD と同じ (row, col) 順の (N,2)。`imagemorph` へ渡すときは

`[:, ::-1]` で (x, y) に入れ替えること(モジュール冒頭の「座標順の落とし穴」)。
