Grayscale fill hole (SimpleITK `GrayscaleFillhole`). Uses morphological reconstruction to fill dark holes in the image (local depressions darker than their surroundings) up to the brightness of the surroundings. The grayscale equivalent of binary hole-filling, used as a preprocessing step for spot removal and defect completion.
