xsitk_signed_maurer_dist — 2D extra op

Data kinds: regionimage

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "xsitk_signed_maurer_dist", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

xsitk_signed_maurer_dist: 入力 → 出力

*The figure is the real output on a synthetic 128×128 input. Left: input, right: output (a non-image return value is shown as the value itself).*

Usage

The signed distance map (SimpleITK `SignedMaurerDistanceMap`) compressed into [0,1] using tanh. Represents the distance from the boundary of a binary region (both inside and outside) as an image of continuous values where positions closer to the boundary move further from 0.5.

> The detailed description below is the original text — the summary and the headings are translated.

`a は tanh のスケール(1.0+9.0*a で 1〜10。大きいほど遷移が緩やかで広い範囲がグレーになる)を振る。b` は未使用。距離を画素座標のスケールで解釈する点、符号(内側/外側どちらが正か)は SimpleITK のデフォルト規約に従う点に注意。

References (sample data, literature)

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.

Try it in Studio
