Applies `skimage.filters.meijering` at three scales (sigma=1,2,3) to enhance thin curvilinear structures (such as blood vessels or neurites) (like the Frangi family, it computes ridge-likeness from the eigenvalues of the Hessian matrix, but Meijering also responds strongly at branch points).
