Why Mdtero asks for these permissions

`tabs` lets the extension reuse or open supported paper pages for local capture.

`storage` keeps your Mdtero token, preferences, and task history on this device.

Browser capture reuses the active tab only when you ask Mdtero to parse the current paper page.

Host permissions stay limited to Mdtero Account, supported scholarly pages, and files you choose to upload.
