How sync works: changes you make here (episodes, status, ratings, adds/removes) and changes made in the account's app are collected under Review Changes. Nothing is sent or applied until you approve it (turn that off to sync automatically). The account is checked every 30 minutes, or right away with "Sync Now".
Local only: your library, watch history and ratings are kept in PenguWatch and nothing is
sent anywhere. Titles still come from the catalogue. To keep them in an account, set drivers: library
in config.yaml (see docs/drivers.md).
