Marketing footer link groups (Beat Phase B, icvoss/django-brickwork#542):
emits the existing .bw-marketing-footer__groups / __group / __group-heading
vocabulary so marketing pages share one callable include instead of
copy-pasted nav columns. CSS already lives in marketing.css (#500); this
file only owns the markup contract.

Required:
  groups: list of {heading, links:[{label, href}], id?}. When id is omitted
      the heading is slugified into footer-<slug>-heading so aria-labelledby
      stays unique and stable.

The shell still ships an empty marketing_footer slot; fill it with this
include (or your own markup using the same classes).

States: none (static link columns).
Accessibility: each group is a <nav> labelled by its heading. Covered by
  marketing archetype fixtures (landing/pricing/about/comparison).
Responsive: one column, then two from the sm breakpoint (existing CSS).
