Detail pattern (04-interfaces.md section 4a, 0.5.0): page header + a
definition-list card (the entity's own facts) + a section stack + an optional
danger-zone region. A consuming page EXTENDS this template, never includes it.

Blocks (semver-public, BR-BW-TPL-001):
  page_header         as list.html.
  detail_facts        default: a card wrapping _data_table.html with
                      variant="definition" (the <dl>-shaped facts table, via
                      patterns/_table_card.html), fed by rows from the page
                      context.
  detail_sections     default: empty. Stack additional cards here (related
                      records, activity); the pattern supplies only the
                      stacking container (bw-section-stack,
                      --bw-density-section-gap between siblings), no fixed
                      count or shape.
  detail_danger_zone  default: empty. The destructive-actions region
                      (archive, delete): fill it with your own distinctly
                      bordered chrome, e.g. _alert.html's warning or error
                      variant as the section's visual weight. Renders nothing
                      when empty, never a fabricated placeholder warning
                      (BR-BW-TPL-006).

Required context: title, rows (the facts, in _data_table.html's definition
shape: a list of {label, value} dicts). Optional: description. Supplying only
title and rows renders a complete working page with detail_sections and
detail_danger_zone absent from the output (AC-BW-076).
