Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical cell take to build?

Eight to twelve weeks from purchase order to factory acceptance test, depending on tooling complexity. Custom end effectors add two to four weeks; vision-only inspection cells often ship in six weeks.

Do you sell the robots, or just integrate other vendors?

We integrate. Our cells are built around Universal Robots, KUKA, and Fanuc arms depending on payload and reach. We will quote whichever arm fits the job.

Can you service a cell we bought from another integrator?

Sometimes. We need to inspect the controls cabinet and the PLC program first. If the program is well documented we can take it on; if not, a retrofit is often cheaper than a service contract.

Where do you operate?

Our team is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and we travel to commission cells anywhere in North America. International work is on a case-by-case basis.

What does a discovery call cover?

Thirty minutes. We walk through the line you want to automate, the budget envelope, and the timeline. You leave with a written scope outline whether or not you decide to work with us.
