This wrapper bundles no TARQUIN code or binary. At run time it may obtain one
from these sources, and the GPL-3.0 applies to every one of them:

  - binaries and the container image ghcr.io/julianmer/tarquin built by this
    repository's CI (.github/workflows/tarquin-binaries.yml) from
    github.com/martin3141/tarquin at commit 47e9b98263bf27f5a732445b1a13121005326b09
(TARQUIN 4.3.11), modified only in how it is built: tarquin/cli-build.patch
(command line only, no x86-only compiler flags, MinGW builds) and the compiler and
linker flags in tarquin/build.sh (2026-10-01). They link Boost, FFTW and reference
LAPACK statically, and the C and C++ runtimes of their platforms; see
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES for those components and their licences.
Each release carries LICENSE.tarquin, this NOTICE, THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES and the
complete corresponding source: that commit, the patch, the build scripts and the
sources of Boost, FFTW and LAPACK.
  - a TARQUIN of your own, named with TARQUIN_EXEC or found on PATH.

The build scripts and the patch in tarquin/ are part of that corresponding source
and are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3, as TARQUIN is.
