K-BLOCK SDK LICENSE
Version 1.1
Effective date: 17 October 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 Emir KÖKSAL, trading as K-Block. All rights reserved.

This license is an agreement between you and Emir KÖKSAL, an individual
resident in Türkiye, trading as K-Block (the "Licensor"). It governs the SDK
defined below. By installing, copying or using the SDK you accept this
license. If you accept it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you
may bind that organization, and "you" means that organization. If you do not
accept this license, or do not have a license under it, you have no right to
install, copy or use the SDK.

The SDK is licensed, not sold. It is not open-source software.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "SDK" means the packages @kblockai/client and @kblockai/sdk as
distributed by the Licensor (compiled JavaScript, whether or not
human-readable, TypeScript type declarations, and the Documentation
included in them) and the Python package kblock as distributed by the
Licensor on PyPI (its Python modules, the typing marker and the
Documentation included in it), including all of their entry points and
all versions and updates provided under this license; the documentation
and example code in any repository the Licensor designates as the SDK's
repository; and any copy, portion, translation or modification of any
of them, however obtained. Any other file in a package distributed by the
Licensor (for example, source code or source maps included by mistake),
except package.json, the Python package metadata (pyproject.toml,
PKG-INFO and the wheel's .dist-info files), the LICENSE and NOTICE files
and third-party material identified in the NOTICE file, is not licensed
to you, and you may use, copy or distribute it only within an unmodified
copy of that package. The SDK does not include Third-Party Components or
    the K-Block Platform.

1.2 "K-Block Platform" means the services operated by or for the Licensor,
including K-Block Cloud and the K-Block Gateway, and any deployment of
Licensor software (such as a Gateway or relay) that the Licensor has
authorized, under a written or electronic agreement, you or the operator
of Your Application to run, while that authorization lasts. No other
gateway, relay or service is part of the K-Block Platform, even if it is
compatible with K-Block objects, Receipts or the SDK's interfaces.

1.3 "Your Application" means a software application, agent or service that
    (a) you own or control, (b) has substantial functionality of its own
beyond that of the SDK, and (c) uses the SDK only to interact with the
K-Block Platform and to verify Receipts (including developing and
testing those uses). It does not include any library, SDK, framework,
plugin, extension, connector, wrapper, template, code generator or other
component designed or offered for other developers to build software
that uses the SDK or interacts with the K-Block Platform (a "Developer
Component"). A Developer Component may use the SDK only as a declared
    dependency under Section 3.5.

1.4 "Receipt" means a K-Block receipt, receipt bundle (.kbundle) or other
signed evidence issued by the K-Block Platform.

1.5 "Authorized Users" means the employees of you and your Affiliates, and
the individuals and firms (such as consultants, agencies, system
integrators and outsourcing, managed-service or hosting providers) that
you or your Affiliates engage, in each case while acting on your behalf.
"Affiliate" means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under
common control with you, where "control" means direct or indirect
ownership of more than 50% of the voting interests or the power to
direct management, for as long as that control exists.

1.6 "Third-Party Components" means software owned by others that is not
included in the SDK packages and that you or your package manager
install separately, such as the dependencies and optional peer
dependencies listed in each package's NOTICE file.

1.7 "Documentation" means the README and other documentation included in the
SDK packages, and the developer documentation for the SDK that the
Licensor publishes at https://docs.kblock.ai. Documentation outside the
packages is licensed under this license only for use with the SDK.

1.8 "Competing Product" means a product or service with functionality
substantially similar to the K-Block Platform or any material part of
it, such as mediating, authorizing or holding for approval the actions
or tool calls of AI agents, or issuing signed receipts or other
cryptographic evidence of such actions or decisions.

1.9 "Public API" means the entry points declared in the "exports" field of
each package's package.json; for the Python package kblock, the modules
and names its README documents and the names the package exports; and
the interfaces they expose, as described in the Documentation.

2. LICENSE GRANT

2.1 Subject to your compliance with this license, the Licensor grants you a
    limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable
(except as stated in Section 3.4), royalty-free license, under its
copyrights in the SDK and any patents it owns or controls that would
necessarily be infringed by using the SDK as this license permits, and
revocable only as stated in Section 12, to install, use and reproduce
    the SDK as needed to:
    (a) develop, test, run and maintain Your Application, solely to the
extent that Your Application uses the SDK to interact with the
        K-Block Platform;
    (b) verify Receipts, including Receipts you receive from others, and
test evidence produced with the SDK while developing Your
        Application; and
    (c) evaluate whether to integrate with the K-Block Platform.
The right in (b) does not require a K-Block Platform account and
continues after your use of the K-Block Platform ends.

2.2 Protocol use. In production, you may use the SDK to create, sign,
exchange, issue or rely on K-Block objects, identities, delegations,
workflows or Receipts only through the K-Block Platform; this does not
limit verifying Receipts. The SDK's in-process and testing components
(such as MemoryRelay and @kblockai/sdk/testing), and any transport or
relay that does not connect to the K-Block Platform, may be used only
to develop, test and demonstrate Your Application.

2.3 Verification for others. You may verify Receipts under Section 2.1(b)
for others, including within audit, assurance, legal, compliance,
insurance or dispute-resolution services that you provide, and share
the results with anyone; this is not a breach of Section 4(c) or 4(d).
It does not permit offering Receipt verification to the public as a
standalone hosted service without the Licensor's written agreement.

2.4 Scope. This license is conditioned on your compliance with Section 4.
Any use, reproduction, modification or distribution of the SDK outside
Sections 2 and 3 is unlicensed, infringes the Licensor's rights to the
extent the law protects them, and is a breach of this license.
Sections 2 and 3 apply only to copies obtained through a channel
described in Section 3.1; a copy received as part of another person's
application carries only the rights described in Section 3.4.

3. NORMAL ENGINEERING USE

3.1 Installation. You may install the SDK from the Licensor's official
@kblockai packages on the npm registry, from the Licensor's official
kblock package on PyPI, from another channel the Licensor designates in
writing, or from a mirror permitted by Section 3.2, on development
machines, build and continuous-integration systems, containers and
production environments used for Your Application.

3.2 Mirrors, caches and copies. You may keep copies of the SDK in package
mirrors, caches, proxies, registries and build-artifact or
container-image stores, including ones hosted for you by a third-party
provider, if access is restricted to you, your Affiliates, your
Authorized Users and the provider's operating personnel. You may also
keep backup and archival copies, including for escrow, records and
    audit.

3.3 Authorized Users. Your Authorized Users may exercise your rights under
this license on your behalf. You are responsible for their compliance
    with it.

3.4 Distribution within Your Application. You may distribute the SDK to
third parties only as an embedded and integrated part of Your
Application (including in bundled, minified or container-image form),
    and only if:
    (a) the SDK is not offered, marketed or made available as a separate or
        standalone component;
    (b) recipients receive it under your end-user or customer terms (which
may be your standard terms) that grant no right to the SDK beyond
use as part of Your Application; prohibit extracting, separating or
redistributing it on its own (other than redistributing Your
Application through your authorized distributors and resellers)
and, as far as the law allows, reverse engineering it; exclude, as
        far as the law allows, any warranty or liability of the Licensor;
and, where their governing law allows, make the Licensor a
        third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them for the SDK;
    (c) you keep the Licensor's copyright notice and a reference to this
        license in Your Application's third-party notices or documentation;
        and
    (d) you do not suggest that the Licensor endorses Your Application.
If Your Application is delivered to web browsers or otherwise without
end-user terms, or to the public without a written or click-through
agreement (for example, on a public website or in a public container
registry, package registry or repository), condition (b) is replaced by
these: the SDK is included only in bundled form inside Your
Application's own files, not as a separate package directory; you grant
no rights in it; and any license accompanying Your Application states
that the SDK is excluded from that license and licensed under this
license. Distribution that meets this Section may use any channel,
including app stores and public registries, and does not breach
Section 4(a). You are responsible for acts of recipients that would
breach this license if done by you, to the extent caused by your
failure to comply with this Section. The right of recipients to use the
SDK solely as part of Your Application, as this Section provides, is the
only sublicense you may grant, and recipients may not sublicense it.

3.5 Dependencies. You may declare the SDK as a dependency (including a peer
dependency) of your own package, without including any copy of the SDK
in it, if: (a) the dependency resolves only to the Licensor's official
@kblockai packages on the npm registry, the Licensor's official kblock
    package on PyPI or another channel the Licensor designates in writing;
    (b) your package's documentation states that the SDK is licensed under
this license and not under your package's license; (c) your package
does not re-export, wrap or expose substantially all of the SDK's
interfaces and is not offered as a substitute for, or alternative
distribution of, the SDK; and (d) your package complies with Section 6.
This is not distribution of the SDK; each user of your package obtains
the SDK from the Licensor under this license.

3.6 Build tools, inspection and examples. Build tools (such as bundlers,
tree-shakers, minifiers and JavaScript-to-JavaScript transpilers, and
Python packaging and bundling tools used to build Your Application) may
automatically transform the SDK solely to include it in the build
output of Your Application, if that output is used only as part of
Your Application; their removal of comments does not breach Section
4(g) if you comply with Section 3.4(c). This does not permit
translating or porting the SDK to another language or runtime,
rewriting or regenerating it (including with machine-learning tools),
or producing a separately usable version of the SDK or any portion of
it. You may read, debug and inspect the SDK's distributed files to
develop and troubleshoot Your Application and to review the SDK's
security for your own use, and you may copy, adapt and use the code
examples in the Documentation as part of Your Application.

3.7 Hosting. Running Your Application on infrastructure operated for you by
third parties (such as cloud, serverless, edge, container and CI/CD
services), and offering Your Application to others as a hosted or
online service, is not distribution of the SDK if those others receive
no copy of it. Section 4(c) still applies.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to, do any of the following.
The only exceptions are those stated in the paragraph itself and these:
Sections 3.4 and 3.5 for (a) and (b), Section 2.3 for (c) and (d),
Section 3.6 for (e), (f), (g) and (i), and Section 4A. No other provision
of this license, including Section 2, is an exception to this Section 4.

(a) distribute the SDK on its own, or publish, republish or mirror it to any
public package registry, repository or other publicly accessible
location (viewing or forking a public repository published by the
Licensor, through the hosting service's functions and as its terms
permit, is not a breach, but grants no right in the SDK beyond this
    license);
(b) sublicense or relicense the SDK, including under any open-source
license; combine, link or distribute it with software under terms that
would require the SDK to be disclosed in source-code form, licensed for
the making of derivative works, or redistributed free of charge; or
include it in any repository, package, image or other distribution
whose license terms state or imply that they apply to the SDK (mere
aggregation with such software in the same system, image or
distribution, or communication with it across a network or process
    boundary, is not by itself a breach);
(c) sell, rent, lease, lend or otherwise commercialize the SDK itself;
offer the SDK, or functionality that consists primarily of or is
substantially derived from it, as a product or as a hosted or managed
service; or use the SDK to resell, white-label or proxy the K-Block
Platform or to give third parties direct access to it through your
accounts, API keys or Gateway access, unless the K-Block Platform terms
or a separate written agreement expressly allow it (using the K-Block
Platform to govern actions Your Application takes for its own users, as
    those terms allow, is not restricted);
(d) use the SDK or any part of it (including by copying, adapting or
translating its code, type declarations or Documentation) to design,
build, train, benchmark for marketing purposes or operate a Competing
Product, or to make the SDK work with any gateway, relay, cloud service
or other system that substitutes for the K-Block Platform or any part
of it, other than (i) test doubles, mocks, stubs, emulators or recorded
responses created by you or your Authorized Users, and the SDK's own
testing components, used solely to develop, test or demonstrate Your
Application and not used in production or made available to others,
(ii) local, staging or other non-production endpoints used while
    developing Your Application, and (iii) verifying Receipts;
(e) modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the SDK, other
than configuration, your own code that calls the SDK's Public API
(including implementations of interfaces that the Documentation invites
you to implement, such as Signer, but not a transport or relay used in
    production), and what Section 3.6 permits;
(f) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SDK, or attempt to
    derive the source code of the SDK or of the K-Block Platform;
(g) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, license, trademark or other
    notice in the SDK;
(h) circumvent or interfere with any security measure, authentication,
usage limit, rate limit, plan limit or other technical restriction of
    the SDK or the K-Block Platform;
(i) copy any portion of the SDK into other software, other than as part of
a complete, unmodified copy of an SDK package; or
(j) use the SDK or the Documentation, or any part of them, to train,
fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, or include them in a
dataset or retrieval corpus, other than in tools that you use solely to
develop Your Application and that do not make the SDK or anything
derived from it available to others. Using AI coding assistants or
other developer tools that read the SDK to help you write Your
Application is not a breach of this paragraph or paragraph (d).

4A. RIGHTS UNDER MANDATORY LAW

Nothing in this license restricts acts that mandatory law entitles you to
perform despite a contractual restriction (for example, under Articles 5(2),
5(3), 6 and 8 of Directive 2009/24/EC or sections 50A, 50B, 50BA and 296A of
the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988), such as making a backup
copy, studying the SDK's functioning to determine its underlying ideas and
principles, or decompiling it where indispensable for the interoperability
of an independently created program. Before decompiling, you will ask the
Licensor for the information at legal@kblock.ai and allow it 30 days
to respond, and you may use what you obtain only as that law allows.

5. OWNERSHIP AND RESERVED RIGHTS

The Licensor and its licensors own the SDK and the K-Block Platform. All
rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved. In particular,
the K-Block Platform and all other Licensor software, including its
server-side software (such as K-Block Cloud, the Gateway, the relay and the
dashboard), its source code and the source code of the SDK, remain
proprietary and All Rights Reserved. No license is granted by implication,
estoppel or otherwise, and the Licensor need not provide source code.

Publication of the SDK on a public registry or repository, its availability
through third-party mirrors or content-delivery networks, and the
readability of its files do not make the SDK open-source or public domain,
waive any right or grant any right beyond this license. Any copy of the SDK
or of the Licensor's SDK repository, including a fork made with a
repository host's functions, remains subject to this license, which permits
such a copy only as far as the host's terms require and only within the
host's service.

The Licensor claims no ownership of the output of the SDK (such as
verification results, reports and rendered summaries of Receipts) or of the
data you process with it, and you may use and share that output for any
lawful purpose.

6. TRADEMARKS

Except as stated in this Section, this license grants no right to use the
Licensor's names, logos or trademarks, including "K-Block", "kblock" and
"kblockai". You may refer to "K-Block", "@kblockai/client", "@kblockai/sdk"
and "kblock" in plain text only to state accurately that Your Application
integrates with the K-Block Platform, without implying endorsement,
sponsorship or partnership and in line with any brand guidelines the
Licensor publishes. You must not use any of these names, or any confusingly
similar name, in the name of any product, package, package scope,
repository, organization, domain name or account, or use the Licensor's
logos without its prior written permission.

7. FEEDBACK AND CONTRIBUTIONS

If you give the Licensor suggestions, comments or other feedback about the
SDK or the K-Block Platform ("Feedback"), you grant the Licensor a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any
purpose, without obligation or payment to you. Feedback is voluntary and
does not include your code, data or confidential information; this grants
no license under your patents or other rights beyond the Feedback itself.
If you submit code, documentation, issues, pull requests or other material
to a Licensor repository ("Contributions"), you grant the Licensor a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce,
modify, distribute and sublicense them for any purpose, and you confirm
that you have the right to do so. The Licensor need not accept any
Contribution.

8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Third-Party Components are not part of the SDK and are governed by their
own licenses, as listed in the NOTICE file of each package. This license
does not limit your rights under those licenses. The Licensor gives no
warranty for Third-Party Components.

9. THE K-BLOCK PLATFORM AND OTHER AGREEMENTS

9.1 Your use of the K-Block Platform, including accounts, API keys, fees,
usage limits and the data the SDK sends to it, is governed by the
Licensor's separate terms for the K-Block Platform (the "K-Block
    Platform terms"). This license grants
no right to access or use the K-Block Platform.

9.2 A separate written agreement with the Licensor that covers the SDK and
is signed by the Licensor (including electronically) prevails over this
license to the extent that they conflict.

10. UPDATES AND LICENSE TEXT

The Licensor may, but need not, provide updates, fixes or new versions of
the SDK or support, except as applicable law requires (such as
security-update or vulnerability-handling obligations). An update may come
with an updated version of this license. Subject to Section 9.2, only the
K-Block SDK License text in the LICENSE file of a version governs that
version. A license identifier or statement elsewhere (such as the "license"
field of package.json, a registry page, a repository or a file header)
grants no right in the SDK and does not change this license.

11. PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE

Versions identified as pre-release, such as release candidates (for example
0.1.0-rc.1 or 0.1.0rc1), are provided primarily for evaluation and pilot
use. They may contain defects, may change incompatibly and may be withdrawn,
and a final version may never be released. Any production use of them is at
your own risk.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

12.1 Term. This license starts when you accept it and continues until it is
     terminated.

12.2 Breach. This license, and every right granted under it, terminates
automatically and without notice if you breach Section 4(a), (b), (c),
(d), (h), (i) or (j). If you breach any other term, it terminates
automatically 30 days after the Licensor notifies you of the breach,
unless you cure the breach within that period. The Licensor may give
notice by e-mail to the address of your K-Block Platform account or,
if there is none, by other reasonable means, and may reinstate a
     terminated license in writing.

12.3 Other termination. You may terminate this license at any time by
ceasing all use of the SDK and complying with Section 12.4. Your rights
under Sections 2.1(a), 2.1(c), 3.4 and 3.5 also end if the Licensor
terminates your use of the K-Block Platform for breach of the K-Block
Platform terms; Section 2.1(b) then continues, subject to this
     Section 12.

12.4 Effect. On termination you must stop using and distributing the SDK
and, except as Sections 12.3 and 12.5 permit, delete all copies in your
possession or control, including copies in mirrors, caches and
undistributed builds of Your Application. Copies in routine backups
remain subject to this license until deleted in the ordinary course.
Recipients may continue to use copies of Your Application that you
distributed in compliance with this license before termination, unless
the termination arises from a breach involving those copies.

12.5 Evidence after termination. Even after termination, you, and
auditors, courts, regulators, insurers and advisers acting for you or
reviewing your records, may install and use the Licensor's published
@kblockai/sdk solely to verify Receipts issued before termination for
record-keeping, audit, legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution
purposes. After termination for breach, you may not accept this
license again without the Licensor's written consent, except as this
     Section 12.5 permits.

12.6 Survival. Sections 1, 3.3 (for acts before termination), 4, 4A, 5, 7,
     8, 9.2, 12.4 to 12.6 and 13 to 18 survive termination.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT
AND ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SDK WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR
UNINTERRUPTED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR APPLICATION, YOUR POLICIES AND
APPROVALS, THE ACTIONS OF YOUR AGENTS, AND THE PROTECTION OF YOUR API KEYS
AND PRIVATE KEYS. A VALID RESULT OF RECEIPT VERIFICATION SHOWS ONLY WHAT THE
DOCUMENTATION SAYS IT SHOWS; IT DOES NOT PROVE THAT A REAL-WORLD EFFECT
OCCURRED.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS
OPPORTUNITY, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THE SDK OR THIS LICENSE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF
LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY; AND (B) THE LICENSOR'S
TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SDK OR THIS LICENSE IS
LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD 100 AND THE FEES YOU PAID TO THE LICENSOR FOR
THE K-BLOCK PLATFORM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE
CLAIM. NOTHING IN THIS LICENSE EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR
PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT
MISREPRESENTATION, FOR INTENT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, UNDER MANDATORY
PRODUCT-LIABILITY LAW, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR
LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

15. EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS

The SDK contains cryptographic functionality. You must comply with all
export control and sanctions laws that apply when you use, export or
distribute the SDK or Your Application. You must not use the SDK in, or make
it available to, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions,
or any person on a restricted-party list, under the laws that apply to you
or the Licensor, and you confirm that you are not such a person.

16. GOVERNMENT END USERS

The SDK is "commercial computer software" and the Documentation is
"commercial computer software documentation" within the meaning of 48 C.F.R.
2.101, 12.212 and 227.7202 and any equivalent rules. Government end users
receive only the rights set out in this license.

17. GENERAL

17.1 Governing law and venue. This license is governed by the laws of the
Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The
courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over
any dispute arising out of or relating to this license, subject to
Section 17.7. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods does not apply. The Licensor may seek
injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual
     property rights.

17.2 Severability. If any provision of this license is held unenforceable,
it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the rest of
     this license remains in effect.

17.3 No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a
     waiver of it.

17.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this license, by operation
of law or otherwise, without the Licensor's prior written consent,
except to an Affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition,
reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of the business or
assets to which it relates, if the assignee agrees in writing to be
bound by it and does not provide a Competing Product. The Licensor may
assign it to an Affiliate or to a successor to its business or assets.
Any other attempted assignment is void.

17.5 Entire agreement. This license, together with any agreement described
in Section 9, is the entire agreement about the SDK and supersedes all
prior understandings about it. Except as stated in Section 10, changes
to this license must be in writing and signed by the Licensor.

17.6 Language. This license is written in English. Any translation is for
     convenience only.

17.7 Consumers. If you are a consumer, nothing in this license limits your
rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence,
including statutory warranties or guarantees that Sections 13 and 14
would otherwise exclude, and Section 17.1 does not deprive you of the
protection of those laws or of the right to sue in the courts of your
     country of residence.

18. CONTACT
