keelyard's output filters, structure-first reading and usage report were designed after
studying the following projects. No source code from them is included in keelyard; the
implementations here are written from scratch in Python. They are credited because their
ideas shaped this work:

- rtk (https://github.com/rtk-ai/rtk), Apache-2.0: per-command output filtering,
grouping, deduplication, and recalling elided output by content hash.
- repomix (https://github.com/yamadashy/repomix), MIT: compressing code to its structure
before handing it to a model.
- claude-context-optimizer (https://github.com/AzozzALFiras/claude-context-optimizer):
cached reads, function extraction and project maps exposed over MCP.
- ccusage (https://github.com/ccusage/ccusage): reading token usage from Claude Code's
  local session logs.
- tokensave (https://github.com/aovestdipaperino/tokensave), MIT: code-intelligence MCP
  tools for agents.
- aider (https://github.com/Aider-AI/aider), Apache-2.0, and serena
(https://github.com/oraios/serena): a ranked repo map and symbol-level navigation instead
of whole-file reads (find_symbol, outline, context packs).
- obra/superpowers (https://github.com/obra/superpowers), MIT, and github/spec-kit
(https://github.com/github/spec-kit), MIT: short plan / debug / review workflows the
agent loads only when needed (keelyard's workflow pack is original text).
- caveman (https://github.com/JuliusBrussee/caveman), Apache-2.0: asking the agent for
terse replies to cut output tokens (one "Be terse" rule in the guide block).
- claude-code-router (https://github.com/musistudio/claude-code-router), MIT: sending each
task to the cheapest model that can do it (route_task, swarm escalation).
