v0.439.0 — FRONT 2 SHIP (the pair-cap discrimination at the near-wall tail, two Reynolds rungs)

B284 + B285 (PAPER_2279, PAPER_2280): front 2 of the Navier-Stokes proof
set - the pair-cap DISCRIMINATION taken to the near-wall tail of
wall-bounded turbulence on two Reynolds rungs. Built on the v0.438.0 KILL
TEST SHIP (front 1); one band since v0.438.0.

The cap is a pair (PAPER_2264): vacuum-branch flows obey 17/20 = 0.85,
in-medium (wall-bounded) flows 197/200 = 0.985, the two 0.135 apart.
B277 sampled the channel BULK with the walls excluded. This band supplies
the near-wall cutouts under the personal token (value recorded nowhere;
SHIP GUARD v11).

B284 - JHTDB channel, Re_tau ~ 1000 (PAPER_2279):
- STAGE 1 (fd4lag4): near-wall y+ [0.5,150] 250,000 gradient tensors +
  bulk 100,000, zero errors; the 1182 ratio by y+ band runs 0.007
  (sublayer) -> 0.024 (buffer) -> 0.015 (core).
- STAGE 2 (fd4noint, own grid): four wall-parallel slabs graded with
  their OWN maxima: 0.0045 -> 0.022 -> 0.041 (y+50) -> 0.037.

B285 - JHTDB channel5200, Re_tau 5186, the largest public wall-bounded
DNS (PAPER_2280): the identical protocol, one parameter changed, graded
side by side IN WALL UNITS.
- NO REYNOLDS TREND: the same band profile; the positive-stretching
  fraction agrees to 0.005 in all eight shared bands (0.547 vs 0.548 at
  the wall, 0.741 vs 0.744 at y+ 100-150); the local-max envelope is
  0.0418 vs 0.0413 - ONE PERCENT apart across a fivefold rise in Re_tau.
- Seven slabs (64x64 at y+ 1.5/15/50/100/300/1000; 128x128 at y+ 50): the
  128x128 grades lower (the B283 rule); the log layer's most intense cells
  at y+ 50 and 100 are COMPRESSED along omega. Zero zero-nodes anywhere.

RESULT: the IN-MEDIUM BRANCH HOLDS on both rungs - worst 0.042, 20x under
0.85 and 24x under 0.985 - but the DISCRIMINATION is OUT OF REACH: the
flow sits an order of magnitude below the nearer branch and raising
Re_tau fivefold moved it by one percent. The in-medium ladder (two rungs,
flat) is the wall-side twin of the isotropic ladder. The public DNS
record is exhausted for front 2; what would reach the 0.85-0.985 band is
a different regime, not a bigger DNS.

FINDING (both rungs): the viscous sublayer has the lowest positive-
stretching fraction and its most intense enstrophy - mean shear - the
smallest local efficiency; stretching efficiency peaks in the buffer/log
layer, never at the wall. The most intense vorticity is the least
efficiently stretched on the wall side too.

in_medium_tail_grade() + in_medium_reynolds_rung() live. Four registry
rows. B277 near-wall gap closed. Not claimed: the discrimination; the
whole channel graded; a 3D cube on the non-uniform grid.

Gate 6,111/0. Dispatch 2,331 keys. Registry 7,129 rows. Acceptance
109/109 (simulator untouched).
