# Ducky 🦆

> **The future of Python starts here.**

`printducky` is a groundbreaking Python library focused on solving one of the most overlooked problems in software engineering: printing a duck to the console.

Although the project is currently small, its long-term vision is nothing short of revolutionary. We firmly believe that future Python documentaries, programming courses, and software engineering textbooks will have no choice but to dedicate entire chapters to the impact of `printducky`.

## Installation

```bash
pip install printducky
```

## Usage

```python
import printducky
```

That's it.

A duck will appear.

## Roadmap

* [x] Print a duck.
* [ ] Become the most downloaded package on npm.
* [ ] Replace at least three existing JavaScript frameworks.
* [ ] Revolutionize software engineering forever.
* [ ] Be taught in universities.

## Contributing

We are currently looking for **at least 5 maintainers**, dozens of contributors, technical writers, historians, philosophers, and anyone willing to participate in what will undoubtedly become one of the most influential open-source projects ever created.

Experience is optional.

Believing in the duck is mandatory.

## Performance

`printducky` has been carefully engineered to achieve state-of-the-art duck-printing performance.

No benchmarks have been conducted because they are unnecessary.

## Compatibility

* ✅ Node.js
* ✅ Linux
* ✅ macOS
* ✅ Windows
* ✅ FreeBSD
* ✅ TempleOS
* ✅ Mikoyan MiG-29

## Security

The duck has been thoroughly inspected and, to the best of our knowledge, contains no malware.

## License

The Unlicense, this project is so important is *has* to be in the public domain.
