AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Amendment is entered into as of May 10, 2026 by and between Acme Corp and Globex Inc.

Acme Corp, with offices at 42 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704.

Globex Inc, with offices at 1700 Innovation Drive, San Jose, CA 95110.

Terms

• Change: adds a real-time analytics module to Exhibit A
• Value: total contract value increased from $2,500,000 to $3,100,000
• Term: the amended term runs concurrently with the original MSA
• All other terms of the Acme-Globex MSA remain in force

Total value: $3,100,000.
