SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is entered into as of January 20, 2026 by and between Acme Corp and Initech Systems.

Acme Corp, with offices at 42 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704.

Initech Systems, with offices at 88 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701.

Terms

• Scope: enterprise license for up to 500 seats
• Term: 12 months, auto-renewing unless cancelled with 60 days notice
• Fees: $480,000 per year, billed annually in advance
• Support: 24x7 with a four-hour response SLA

Total value: $480,000 / year.
