Meetings and their recordings

Settled: separators kept, floating day header, indent for the rare 1:N meeting. One row per recording, because that is what you fetch.

Size is its own column now, narrow and right-aligned after Recorded. It was buried under the recording title where it competed with names for the one slot that matters. Right-aligned and tabular so the eye can compare down the column, which is the only thing anyone does with a file size — and it makes the free-space question answerable by scanning rather than adding up. A meeting row with no file of its own shows a dash, same as its other empty columns.

• Day header: Today / Yesterday then Wed 13 Aug. No counts — the rows below are the count. The weekday is there because a study is scheduled across a week or two and Wednesday is how a researcher holds that. Year only when it differs from the current one.
• The permissions link appears only when a recording is withheld — fetchable < recordings. A meeting nobody recorded contributes zero recordings, so it can never trigger it. Per-provider micro-summaries, each with an onward link to the vendor's own rules: Teams (recordings live in the organiser's OneDrive; channel meetings go to SharePoint), Meet (own-data scope; conference records expire ~30 days even though the Drive file lives on; personal accounts cannot record), Zoom (only cloud recordings reach the API; account auto-delete).
• HIG, verbatim: Use an outline view instead of a table view to present hierarchical data, and expose data hierarchy in the first column only. Triangle and indent in Meeting; every other column stays flat. NSOutlineView + floatsGroupRows, and with separators kept there is no NSTableRowView subclass to write.
• The checkbox is the selection, not a persistent row highlight — HIG distinguishes tables that navigate a hierarchy from those that list options. Ours is the second.
• Attendee default is now 3 (was 2, which put a "+1" on a routine three-person interview). Still a floor: the parameter is documented as how many names fit — the caller measures, and no call site measures yet. Fill the width, cap around 4–5, externals first.
• Still owed: retain people's expansion choices across sessions, Option-click-expands-everything, and per-level sorting with day grouping following the date arrangement rather than being permanent.
