Lakeside Coaching opened its second studio this week, adding six training rooms and a recovery lounge for members on the east side of town.
The owners said demand for small-group coaching sessions had outgrown the original location within two years of opening.
Membership at the new site includes access to both studios, and founding members keep their current rate for a year.
