Paste this into your coding agent at the start of every session.

Run gator init in this repository. Treat its output, including the required session-opening reads, as binding. Do not provide a substantive response until those reads are complete.

How a session starts

1. Open a terminal in the repository root, the folder that contains .git, and start your coding agent there.
2. Paste the prompt above into the agent session.
3. The agent runs gator init.
4. The output names the Gator entry document (GATOR_INIT.md) and the required reads: the constitution, then the mission, roadmap and inbox.
5. The agent completes those reads before it does substantive work. Then you give the task.
