CRYPTOLITH END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, copying, or using Cryptolith ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

2. EDITION USAGE
   (a) COMMUNITY EDITION: The "Community Edition" of the Software is free to use for personal, educational, and open-source projects. You may use it to protect your own software application provided that your application complies with applicable laws.
   (b) PRO EDITION: Features designated as "Pro" (including but not limited to Turbo Mode, Virtualization, and Private Mode) require a valid commercial license key purchased from Cryptolith. You may not bypass, disable, or circumvent the license verification mechanisms.

3. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software.

4. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
   (a) Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software source code or binaries without prior written consent.
   (b) Modify the Software for the purpose of defeating usage restrictions or enabling Pro features without a license.
   (c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

5. OWNERSHIP
 The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

6. DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
