“All output” zips the current figure and analytics. “Every format” also re-renders the figure and every analytics chart as PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG and EPS first.
Per-family counts and density, sub-telomeric enrichment,
permutation tests for telomere- and centromere-proximal bias,
tandem-array detection, tandem/proximal/dispersed duplication mode,
multi-scale (Ripley) clustering, chromosome enrichment, strand bias,
chromosome family-diversity, and multigene-family hotspots. Every
per-family / per-pair / per-window test carries a Benjamini–Hochberg
q_value. Note: the “most clustered family”
statistic only considers families with at least 3 genes.
