An evidence pack is a folder that carries a ledger, the window of rows it covers, and a manifest with the hash of every file. Checking one rehashes every file, reruns the chain and compares the pins, the same checks arcaeon evidence-pack verify runs.

The three counts are how many of the checks came back VERIFIED, BROKEN and COULD NOT LOOK. They are kept side by side, never folded into one rate: a file nobody could read is neither a pass nor a break. Pins on the hosted witness are not read from this page, so they show as COULD NOT LOOK (network).
