Two readers read the same claims against one frozen sentence, each into its own readings ledger. This page lines the two ledgers up claim by claim, the same comparison arcaeon second-read compare runs, and shows every claim the readers read differently.

The two numbers are how many claims the readers disagreed on and how many both of them read. They are kept as two numbers, never one rate. Under twenty claims read they are shown but marked not yet informative. Agreement says the readers read the sentence the same way; it does not say any claim holds.
