Some tasks require a "AU contents" defining rather than a simple sequence. This is a data structure which can contain multiple sequences from different sources. You may create one from "Define AU contents" task in the "Import" section of the task menu, or from task input widgets. Sequences may come from sequence files, coordinate files or sequences that have been imported into CCP4i2 in some other way.
