Vendored AEGS schemas — package data, not a source of truth.

The canonical schemas live in the standard's own repository:

    https://github.com/aegoll/aegs   ->   schemas/

They are copied here so that `tesoro` can validate what it emits without a network
call and without assuming a sibling directory exists on disk. The prototype resolved
them as `Path(__file__).parents[4] / "aegs" / "schemas" / ...`, which worked only
inside the monorepo — an installed wheel has no sibling `aegs/`. See PLAN.md F-A1.

Source
------
  repo: aegoll/aegs
  commit: 4641e15dfc30ec551b707ca908873b68cc215021
  path: schemas/
  copied: 2026-08-17

Previously pinned to Jayzilva/x402@e3e295b, the proof-of-concept, because the
standard's repository had no schemas yet. It does now, and it is the canonical
home, so the pin follows it.

Files
-----
  agent-identity-0.1.json used by engines/evidence/identity.py
  decision-record-0.1.json used by record.py
  economic-intent-0.1.json used by engines/economic/intent.py

Only the three schemas an engine actually validates against are vendored. The other
ten exist in the standard and are not needed here; vendoring them would imply this
package implements controls it does not.

Drift
-----
These copies can fall behind the standard, and a validator running against a stale
schema is worse than one that fails loudly.

This is not hypothetical. It happened within hours of the first pin: the standard
rewrote every `$id` from `https://aegs.dev/...` (a host that does not resolve) to
`https://aegoll.github.io/aegs/...`, and all three copies here silently kept the dead
identifier. Nothing failed. That is precisely the failure mode the rules below exist
for, and it argues for the CI check being built sooner rather than later.

Two rules:

  1. Never edit a file in this directory. A change to a schema is a change to the
standard, made in the `aegs` repository and copied down afterwards.
  2. CI must fail when a vendored copy differs from the standard at the pinned
commit, and the pin must be raised deliberately. Tracked as PLAN.md A1.11.
