Compare normalized inferred networks across one or more inference runs.

Comparison Sources

Use infer-network analysis bundles. Evaluation analysis bundles are optional and add metric overlays.
Required per source infer-network analysis bundle Exported by the infer-network GUI. Required root files:
  • run_report.json
  • merged_network_normalized.csv
Optional per source evaluate-inference analysis bundle Exported by the evaluate-inference GUI. Required root file:
  • evaluation_report.json

Upload the analysis ZIPs generated by ANDREA. Full archives and nested run folders are rejected here; CLI and Python users can pass JSON paths directly.
