Compare an inferred network run against generated ground truth.

Required Analysis ZIPs

Upload the exact analysis bundles generated by ANDREA. Full archives and nested benchmark/run ZIPs are rejected.
Required Infer-network analysis ZIP Exported by the infer-network GUI. Required root files:
  • run_report.json
  • merged_network_raw.csv
Required Generate-data analysis ZIP Exported by the generate-data GUI. Required root files:
  • ground-truth-manifest.json
  • truth/networks.csv
  • truth/gene_universe.txt

CLI and Python users do not need ZIP handoff: pass the JSON paths directly to `evaluate-inference`.
