HISTORY: A ___-year-old woman with hepatic failure.
 
IMPRESSION: AP chest compared to ___:
 
ET tube, right internal jugular line are in standard placements and a feeding tube passes into the stomach and out of view. No pneumothorax. The heart is normal size. Mild interstitial pulmonary edema persists. New opacification at the right lung base could be either atelectasis or developing pneumonia. Small right pleural effusion has decreased in that period of time. Consolidation in the left lower lobe improved between ___ and ___, and has not changed since.
