 NG tube tip is out of view below the diaphragm.
 Cardiomediastinal contours are slightly shifted to the left.
 Right PICC tip is at the cavoatrial junction.
 There is no evident pneumothorax.
 Cardiomegaly cannot be assessed.
 Widening mediastinum has improved.
 There is persistent consolidation in the right mid lung consistent with atelectasis.
 Moderate to large right pleural effusion has decreased.
 Pulmonary edema has markedly improved.
 Right lower lobe collapse has markedly improved.
