FINAL REPORT
 PORTABLE AP CHEST FILM ___ AT ___
 
 CLINICAL INDICATION: ___-year-old with CABG, chest tube to waterseal.
 
 Comparison is made to the patient's previous study dated ___ at 754.
 
 Portable AP chest film ___ at ___ is submitted.
 
 IMPRESSION:
 
 1. Right internal jugular dual-lumen catheter continues to have its tip in the distal SVC.
 2. The patient is status post median sternotomy for CABG with stable post-operative cardiac and mediastinal enlargement.
 3. Left basilar chest tube remains in place.
 4. However, there has been interval appearance of a small left apical pneumothorax.
 5. There are bilateral small pleural effusions with increasing opacity at the right base and stable retrocardiac consolidation.
 6. These findings most likely represent compressive atelectasis.
 7. In addition, the vasculature is now cephalized and more ill defined suggesting superimposed mild pulmonary edema.
 8. The patient's nurse, ___, was notified of these findings on ___ at 1:10 p.m. at the time of discovery.
